American Ballet Theatre Establishes Jennifer Alexander Memorial Fund

American Ballet Theatre has announced the formation of The Jennifer Alexander Memorial Fund, to honor the late Jennifer Alexander, a beloved member of ABT's corps de ballet who perished in an automobile accident earlier this month.

Jennifer Alexander, a 35-year-old dancer with American Ballet Theatre, was killed on Dec. 2 in a ten-car automobile accident on Route 3 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, not far from Giants Stadium.

05 Dec 2007 -- The Washington Ballet is granting a holiday wish for Lt. Col. Frank Johnston, a Marine currently serving in Iraq. His daughter, Isabelle Johnston, is performing in TWB's The Nutcracker for the first time this year. Knowing that he would not be home in time to see Isabelle perform live, Lt. Col. Johnston contacted the Ballet to see if there was still some way he could see his daughter's debut as a Mouse.
