The cast includes Nikolai Putilin as Mazeppa. Olga Guryakova as Maria, Larissa Diadkova as Lyubov, Oleg Balashov as Andrei, and Paata Burchuladze as Kotschubey.

Sets are by George Tsypin, costumes by Tatiana Noginova, and lighting by Gleb Filshtinsky.
