We're hiring a Project Manager to join the implementation team. You'll take ownership of the entire onboarding experience for our new PatronManager clients. You’ll manage communication, tasks, milestones, and expectations both externally and internally. You will share a team that includes Implementation Specialists, Client Administrators, & Data Migration specialists to help you execute these tasks.
You'll be great at this job if you're great at:
Communicating effectively with different parties who have different priorities and concerns
Coordinating all projects with the multiple staff and departments and monitoring equitable workload.
Getting in front of a potential missed deadlines
Juggling multiple projects at once. You will have many organizations being onboarded at the same time, so exceptional organization is essential.
Identifying when a client or a colleague is going to be late on a deadline, and then offering up a recommended solution to the problem.
Steering people towards success. Sometimes challenging our clients is the best way to help them.
Creation of the PatronManager Onboarding Project Plan for each new client using TaskFeed.
Consistent communication and check-ins with clients using our shared project tools, phone calls and email messages.
Keep projects and clients on track and on time to prevent delays in go live.
Managing your internal teams’ time and individual project tasks.
Serving as the main point of contact between our new clients and our internal teams.
Clarifying objectives and goals of each step in the project plan, to limit and remove any potential confusion between us and our client.
Previous Salesforce experience preferred
Previous experience overseeing technology projects
