Prior to Waitress, Wolfe appeared on Broadway in the 2016 revival of Falsettos, as well as Bullets Over Broadway, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Everyday Rapture, and 110 in the Shade. Off-Broadway she appeared in The Last Five Years.
For this concert, which will be conducted by NY Pops Music Director Steven Reineke, Wolfe will reunite with her Last Five Years co-star Adam Kantor, who is also appearing on Broadway this fall, in the cast of the new musical The Band’s Visit.
Kantor played the role of Motel Kamzoil in the recent Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof. He made his Broadway debut playing Mark in the final cast of Rent, which was preserved on DVD by Sony Pictures’ Rent, Filmed Live on Broadway.
Tickets for the Women of Notes, priced at $21–$140, can be ordered online at carnegiehall.org, by phone at (212) 247-7800, or in person at the Carnegie Hall box office, at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan.
