Artistic Director David Staller directs a cast that includes Rebecca Luker, Max von Essen, Tony Sheldon, George Dvorsky, Mark Shanahan, Jeffrey Omura, Dan Dominques, James Donegan, Daniel Marconi, Thom Sesma, Evan Zes, Aaron Lee Battle, and NY1's Frank DiLella.

The comedy concerns Lady Cicely, who arrives in Morocco with Sir Howard, the infamous London judge. Their guide, however, turns out to be a legendary pirate with a long-held grudge again that very judge.

"This comedy is certainly one of the most unusual in the Shaw canon, combining the zany tone of of the Pirates of the Caribbean films, the old original Sweeney Todd stories, and a light romantic comedy. No other Shaw play packs in quite so much action and wacky characters. We’re very much looking forward to sharing this play with our audiences,” said Staller in an earlier statement.

Tickets are $35 and are available at SymphonySpace.org or by calling (212) 864-5400. Special reserved VIP seating is available for $50 by contacting the Gingold office at (212) 355-7823 or emailing [email protected].
