Comedian Lewis Black, who appeared on Broadway in fall 2016 with his solo show Black to the Future, has announced stops on his new concert tour, Lewis Black—The Joke's On US tour, launching in January in Norfolk, Virginia.

Styled as the “king of the rant,” Black uses his trademark style of comedic yelling and animated finger-pointing to skewer anything and anyone that gets under his skin.

The perpetually outraged Black, who also appeared on Broadway with his 2012 solo show Running on Empty, uses the production company Frustrated Union of Cynical Kindreds Universal, which creates a provocative acronym. He is also the author of a stage comedy One Slight Hitch.

Black is playing the last few stops on his The Rant, White & Blue Tour this week in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Lewis Black—The Joke's On US tour kicks off January 11, 2018, in Santa Barbara, California. Here is a selection of upcoming North American stops:
