Off-Broadway News Anna Ziegler’s Actually Extends Off-Broadway Set at Princeton University, the play explores the timely themes of race, truth, and sexual consent.

The Manhattan Theatre Club production of Anna Ziegler’s play Actually will play an additional week Off-Broadway. Following an official opening November 14, the new drama is now scheduled through December 10 (instead of the initially slated December 3).

Set at Princeton University, the play recounts a tale of alleged sexual assault between two freshmen and explores themes of race, truth, and sexual consent. The two-hander stars Joshua Boone and Alexandra Socha.

Actually is directed by Lileana Blain-Cruz in MTC’s The Studio at Stage II - Harold and Mimi Steinberg New Play Series. Performances began October 31.

The co-world premiere of Actually was produced by Geffen Playhouse and Williamstown Theatre Festival in 2017.
